Building preparation
Confirm your building permit and elevator booking at both addresses. In most managed Dubai residential towers, the permit comes from the building management office. Some buildings restrict moves to specific hours. Arrange this before the move date and give yourself enough time to receive confirmation, as processing times vary between buildings.
Packing
If packing is included, the team works room by room. Each box is labeled with its destination room. Furniture is wrapped before anything is loaded. If you have pre-packed, loading begins from that point.
Loading
Everything is loaded carefully and secured in the vehicle. Furniture that cannot fit whole, such as beds, modular wardrobes and large dining tables, is dismantled first. All components are labeled and kept together.
Transport
Items are transported to the new property. For larger homes, more than one vehicle or trip may be needed depending on the volume.
Unloading and setup
Everything is unloaded and placed in the correct rooms. Dismantled furniture is reassembled. Packing materials are cleared before the team leaves.

It can. Packing is available as a full service covering every room, or as a partial service covering specific rooms or item types.
Full packing suits situations where you do not have time before the move date, or where the property is large with many fragile or specialist items. Partial packing works when you have already handled most of it but want help with the kitchen, glassware, electronics or a few key pieces.
Professional packing uses appropriate materials for each item. Glassware and crockery are wrapped individually. Clothes go into wardrobe boxes. Mattresses and sofas receive protective covering before loading.
